Current Bay Area pricing?
I'll looking to pick up one of the few remaining CL-S w/nav in the South Bay, and was hoping that some of you recent buyers could provide a benchmark for the going rates. There have been recent ads for type S (non-nav) at ~$26.6k and nav at $28.6k, but are the actual selling prices even better??

I got mine for 30.5K with Navi....$500 over invoice...

That is pretty good price b/c it is below invoice. Maybe you can get it lower. That price is way better than how much I paid for mine, $150 above invoice. Good Luck!
