CT Headers install coming up...

jus set up an appt to install my Comptech Headers on Wednesday. I cant wait, they've been sittin in my garage for about 2 months now. $175 for labor, decent price?? its at a reputable shop too. i hope i can feel a "big" difference in power like everyone says. might go to the track this friday too, my PB pre-headers with stock michelins was 14.9. hopefully /w heads and new tires, I'm aimin for a 14.5 at least. my friend just got 20's on his '02 auto Max and nitrous, i think he's gonna whoop me.

$175 isn't that bad. I've seen worse. I paid $130.

You'll notice the power kick in at 5500rpm and continue all the way to the redline.

As for beating the Max... depending on how big a shot he is running you should beat him... those 20s aren't helping his ET's.

IMO $175 is a great price. I paid well over $200 for mine from my Acura dealer.

Enjoy the extra power you're gonna love it. :nod;

yeah you will DEFINETLY notice the difference dont worry, I notice a difference from like 4K straight to redline, not 5500 and on.

For a vehicle that doesnt have a great deal of torque, 20s will slow it down quite a bit

I also notice it lower in the RPM band, close to 4000 rpm... but once you get above 5500 rpm... woah boy, hang on.
