Before you read this, do not mistake me as Crutchfield employee. I'm just someone who wants to let ppl know his good experience with this company.

I recently orderd an aftermarket HU from this website. Processing took a little longer than expected due to my bank but they went step further to verify that given information DOES belong to the reciepient in order to prevent any online theft. One thing that I really found it useful was that they threw in metra kit and harness for my car which saved me well over 30 dollars that I would have to spend at a retailer. Here's what I was really impressed with their customer service. Due to its packing the tips of my metra kit were both broken. I called them and they apologized number of times for inconvinence and that new one should be shipped out immediately. I received two emails regarding this matter as well as tracking number for my replacement part. I'm sorry but I never experience such a good cusomter service off website that I wanted to share with you guys. Shipping is also free if you buy more than $100.00. I'm looking to purchase 4 channel MB quart amp from them in near future and I think you guys should if you need any parts for your sound system.
