Anyone have any experiences w/ these world class douchebags? I have never, including some idiots at the local Mitsu store, act so incompetent when it comes to fixing a car. My brother has my CL right now and the muffler got loud so he took it to Crest. Joe Correia, svc mgr, sez there was a part they needed which I had at my house so I overnighted to him. Today he gets the part and sez he can't fix the car b/c he doesn't have the correct studs in his inventory! How the fuck do you 1) plan on fixing exhausts on Acuras when you don't have the part; 2) not pre-order ALL the parts when ordering the A pipe so it can be fixed; 3) manage to stay in business?

These guys are completely useless.

wow. thats piss poor on their part. They should have all parts on hand especially simple studs.

Nope and I never will b/c I will never do business w/ these assholes again. I called 2x to speak to Joe Calleriea (sp?) svc. dept mgr and he hasn't returned my calls. Of course, leaving a succinct you are a complete idiot who couldn't run a business if your life depended on it message certainly didn't help (not exact words, but close). I even called my dealer and had them call the headfucks to get this straight and they wouldn't talk to him. Considered yourself forewarned, incompetency rules over there.
