Crept on a 5.0???
Goin home late at 3am on an empty street at a red light with a black 5.0(87?). I'm thinkin " this guy better not wanna race me, I'm gonna get chewed." Light turns green nothing happens, but we're cruising next 2gether and he just punches it. I think what the hell and punch it as well. So we're dickin with each other for a while weaved a few cars and now the light in front of us turns yellow. So we're braking comin up to a red, instead of a complete stop it turns green around 15 and we both just jam on it at the same time. Damn, that guy jumped me hard in first. I had to play catch up until 55 or so then i started pullin on him. At around 100 or so I'm up 1 full car then I shut down. We come to another red light I roll down my window to give him the thumbs up he goes " good run." I was pretty shocked, in all fairness he had 2 people in the car and it was the convertible too.

Like Forrest Gump would say, a 5.0 is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.
You could be up against a tired 150k auto with sluggish 2.73 gears that would struggle mightily to run mid 15s or you could be up against a 10 second street terror.
Good kill
