Creeped away from a WRX

We have one of those on-ramps that curls around 270 degrees and has a good 1/8 mile straightaway before merging onto the highway. I entered the 270 section quite slow and noticed a WRX speed up to my bumper. I got on the throttle a little but noticed he was pacing me. This annoyed me so I hit the throttle until I could feel the front tires begin to plow. This widened the distance between us just a little but he was still keeping up ok. As soon as I hit the straight it was all over. Car was just into VTEC in 2nd and the guy just started to fall farther and farther behind. From a roll and even in the corners he couldn't keep up. Mind you, I have some mods so stock for stock I'm sure he would have been quicker in the corners.

Sedan. This was the Exit 5 ramp to get onto 405N. I was doing some shopping at Fry's Electronics. Love that store.

Hey Matt. How are you liking that 75-shot? Did you do the install yourself. Also, I'm about to buy the UR crank pulley. Who installed that for you? Did you get the one that doesn't underdrive the alternator or the original underdriving version?

Nice kill! A stock WRX is no match for a CL-S from a roll.
