cracked dash question

Was looking at coverlay to go over dash on 2003 CL;however,they only go back to 2004 TL. Are the two dashes totally different?

How bad is it? I've not known the 2G TL/CL dashboards to crack badly, maybe a bit up by the temperature sensor or defroster ducts? you might be able to get away with filling it. worst case scenario, replace it with a dash from a yard, but obvi, there is a lot of work involved there.
