Courtesy Acura - Sanford
Hey, who's the guy on here who works as a service consult for Courtesy Acura in Sanford, Florida? Just wonderin'. he said he was on this forum, didnt know if he read through the 2nd gen CL forums... Lemme know. Thanks!

dude, fountain blows... if you are under the age of 40 and you roll up in an CL they treat you like garbage. I took my car in for a long list of things about 20k ago and they fixed ONE thing and threw me bs about the rest. Surprise surprise, I went somewhere else and they were able to fix it all.

Back to a MT!
I have been very happy with Courtesy. I had a problem no one could find. When I moved to Orlando I took it there and they found it right away and took care or it for me. There are a few service guys that aren't the brightest but I always take my car there even though Fountain is about 10 miles closer. (names that I remember as beeing GOOD are Rodney and Shane. The manager is also a good guy too)

ya, Rodney takes care of my car, yet i never deal direct with him. he's always tied up, so i deal with Shane. They all seem to go out of their way to make sure i'm satisfied. Even though Rodney didn't follow up on my request to buy the ext warranty, Shane did, and he will get the fat bonus check from my purchase.
