Cooling mod for racing or rush hour

Scalbert,

What do you think of this?

Would this be something that could be added in a way that you can turn it off and on based on driving conditions?

My thought would be to have a circuit that you can open and close electronically or manually. That way when you're at the track or something you can open it up and more quickly cool your engine and tranny down.

Thoughts?

Here is the list:

On a website like that, right click the link you want to post, open it in a new window, then copy and paste it in here.

I think this is another type of tranny fluid cooler. Just pick up a $45 B&M Tranny cooler form Pepboys/Auto zone. I do not think that will make any difference for NA CLS. I believe if you do drain and replace 3 Qrts of Honda Z1 fluid each 15kmiles you are all set!

Nash, this is actually designed as a radiator cooler to help cool down the engine between runs, pit stops, or could be used to increase the cooling capacity for street nights . .

My question is more on how to add the mod to our cars and or what benefit would the additional capacity provide. It should be a good thing for regular racers though.
