As you know here is Florida we have had lot of rain in the last 3months. I'm going to assume because of this, inside the headlight there is some condensation building up inside the light, and also from the inside its looking alittle hazed.

Questions are ....

Is this something that is covered under the certified warranty converage ?

And if not, how hard is it to take of the headlight a do a DIY job, so i can clean/repair the seal

Should be covered as a defective item.

 

My headlight did the same thing, around Labor day, the dealer said they'd replace it no problem, would call me when the part came in. Did not call, has not answered my voice mails. I called the service manager today, "Oh I'm so sorry, we've had some turnover...blah blah balh. I'll call you back in TEN MINUTES." You guessed it, never even called me back. This is a new dealer in town, (1 year) I think they're going downhill already.
I complained to the a service writer last time I was there for a oil change about the worker abusing my radio and he apologized, said they'd send out a service questionaire for me to report it. You guessed, it, I never received anything. Why do I think all Acura dealers are the same!!?
