Comptech sway bar question

The description of the Comptech sways in Autocarparts.com says:

1 1/16 tubular front
7/8 solid rears

Are they really hollow?

Anybody know the dimensions of the Eibach sways?

Thanks.

Yes, the front bar is hollow. It has the same O.D. as the stock bar, but the wall thickness is greater (I hope I remember, since I did a bunch of calcs)...

Stock 0.107 wall thickness, 27.2mm OD
Comptech 0.177 wall thickness, 27.2mm OD

Increase in front bar rate approx 13-20% (calc city).

Rear Stock CLS bar -> 19MM OD (solid)
Rear Comptech CLS bar -> 22MM OD (solid)

Increase in rear bar rate approx 80%

Note, if the bars are solid, the calc to figure out how much more stiffness you are getting is easy:

(new_OD^4)/(old_OD^4) = change in stiffness I used (22^4) / (19^4) for the rear -- OK
