comptech springs

i was wondering i am getting my springs and sways installed tommorow and they guy said he needs to take out the back seats??

is this nessary?
also i ordered from acp.com from the tl site and everytime i order wether its the springs or exhuast it comes like it has been used, with scratches, and marks all over the piece? everyone eles get them like this?

yes the back seats need to be taken out to get to the top of the springs/shocks.

Don't know about acp.com, never used them.

If you can afford it, install konis while you're at it... stock shock really suck with CT springs on bumpy roads...
