Comptech Headers Installed Today

Got my headers installed after work. Haven't had a chance to open her up since the installation so can't wait to get on the open freeway. Bought them off ebay new for $830. VRRRRROoooommmm

i saw some new comptech headers going on and just ended about 4 or 5 days. was that the auction u got i from?

The CL-S comes ALIVE between 5,000-7,000 RPM with headers installed.

Mine comes alive much lower in the RPM range than that

you are going to love the headers. Reset your ecu though, you will feel the adjustment faster.

Congrats .. headers are the best mod I've done yet. I don't think I could go back to stock manifolds, not enough flow.

Yes….maybe a bit, but it’s most noticeable once you pass 5K.
I even hit the rev limiter a few times the first couple of days after I got the headers and was screwing around.
Now I know to be ready to shift quicker once I pass 5K because you get to 7K much faster.

Headers are the sh!t. If you don't mind a bit of noise (no, not the OBX noise) then they are well worth the cash. Just to hop on it at the light and have people look. I can't distiguish between the looks of people liking the sound or not but I don't care...I like the noise!
