I got my Comptech Exhaust finally. Put it on Saturday. I must say it's louder then I though it would be. I took a spin in someone else's car that had it, & it was alot quieter. He had the IceBox & headers same as mine, but his was an auto. It's loud when my foot is on the gas. At 65, or above in 6th with the cruise on it's as quiet as stock. Which is good since most of my driving is like that. Also it seems to be louder inside the car then outside. I had someone step on the gas while I listened at the rear bumper. All I heard was a little rumble, but inside had this heavy deep tone. I'll give it a month, & see if I'll keep it.

I like mine... I think the sound will get a bit louder as you break it in.. but it shouldn't be that bad at all... When I first bought mine (used), I was concerned about the sound too, but nowa dayz, I don't even noticed it. But I did buy a pair of the quiet tips end up not even needing them, so let me know if you are interested in trying them out. They are still brand new.

Trust me, the CT exhaust IMO, is the bare minimum of what our Type S should look and sound like.
