You're a freaking tool and the vast majority of the board agrees however keep to their own. Have fun asking stupid questions that have already been touched on 1000's of times like "If I buy this $500.00 Turbo Kit willl I be uberfast?"

Why don't you ask yourself "Why is my IQ identical to my age?"

"Why did so many people make negative comments towards me because I lash out like a spoiled 6 year old who's parents didn't buy him that Jolly Rancher or Tonka truck in the store?"

Keep contributing with your worthless threads though that take up storage though and continue to act like an asshat. I'm certain your stay will be shortlived.

If I wasn't shifting right I would have bent valves which is common from over revving. My piston rings were fried from boost.

"I would just go buy a bottle of NOS and use that"

"NOS" - It's a brand name.

If you were referring to Nitrous Oxide as an oxidant to allow the vehicle to consume fuel at a more rapid rate, thus producing more power - then I believe you mean "N2O".

If you're having fuel delivery problems as it is, the last thing you should be thinking about is spraying. Blowing the tops off of pistons is a really neat experience - but not something you want to make a habit of on a rather pricey engine to rebuild.

If only it were as easy as just going and purchasing a bottle - maybe more people would do it.

To run Nitrous, you shouldn't even think about a dry shot - which means you're going to get into tapping the fuel line as well. Even with something as friendly to install as the Zex kits; you're talking about 4 good hours of labor if everything goes right. Running lines, installing solenoids, tying into the throttle positioning sensor, installing nozzles, etc.

To have any use out of the bottle, you're also going to need a pair of bottle heaters, and probably a second tank to maintain line pressure.

Not that I have ever done this before or anything....

I mean afterall - apparently you just need to go get a bottle of NOS and you're good to go.

A stock Honda block giving up the ghost from boost? That never happens.

Sucks dude - sorry to hear that. At least it's an excuse to build up a 3.5 block with a lower compression setup. Sleeves are nice too - though I shudder to think what it might cost to do ductile sleeves on a J block. The last B block I did was about $1300 + shipping. I'd suggest a set of dished pistons to drop that compression a bit at least.... makes a world of difference in the longevity of the Honda motors when they are pressurized. You running the larger pulley?

I've been thinking about chasing down a comptech blower somewhere - but I don't feel like welding pistons to the block either....

Exactly CLS6nupe is a moron

I'm already in the process of gathering parts to stroke the motor to a 3.5.... pefect time to build a motor as the Car is down and I have another car to drive around. After I get Forged Rods and lower compression forged pistons I should safely be able to boost 9 pounds tuning with Emanage Ultimate.

I was running the HBP since the day I got it installed.

Bluecl6, not to hijack the thread, but if you don't mind. Send me a pm cause I have a question about this motor build you are about to do since I just did one. I might be able to get you some aftermarket ARP head studs to go with your motor.

Note to self....High Boost Pulley + stock J block = baked rings. Got it.

Should be a pretty sweet setup when you get it together - 13 flats with 117-120ish traps - or better than that?

I hate launching heavy, revvy, high horsepower fwd cars.....RWD FTW! lol.

Either way - that's a Maxima killing machine. I bet you'd give an M3 all it could hande up top too.

I've lowered it and done headers/intake so far (03 ClS-6) - but it still doesnt feel as strong from 80+ as I thought it would. How does the boost feel in that range?

The Car was running low 13s and near 110 MPH before. More then likely Mid-Low 12s is possible after getting my dampers and Motor mounts installed with the new engine and a new clutch kit which is readily available right now that I'll also be putting on.

Still would pull well in 4th. gear (90ish to 120). With boost 4th. feels like 3rd NA with all the boltons.

actually i was responding to ur lil comment about how u thnk i thought octane booster would give me HP and/or torque, and the only thng closely related to that is NOS or if u wanna get technical NO2, which is Nitrous oxide, one part nitrogen two parts oxygen not N2O...i am a chemistry major so plz dont try to school me on chemicals...and for the record i wouldnt ever plan on using nitrous, i dont like it

It would appear that worse than chemistry than you are at cars....I'm not even going to touch this one.

You're obviously on a budget and wanting to make your car faster. You'll find no bang for the buck better than nitrous - period.

Have you run this car yet so we can put this poor beaten forum to rest?
