Code P1768 ??????? HELP

(I SEARCHED) Recently ran this code, what does it mean? Line Pressure Solenoid? I have no idea what that means, also I have had recent surging and car has stalled? is this a tranny issue?? Please help

Probably need a new tranny. Take it to the dealer.
