Assuming she's not spraying and the only real performance mods she's got are Intake + Exhaust then you shouldn't have a problem beating her ... if she's auto then there's no chance, if she's got a 5spd and she can drive it then she might put up a bit of a fight ...

I seem to recall at the track that the Eclipses with intake and exhaust mods were running in the mid to low 15s. So as long as you don't fuck up your launch you should have no problems ... If you've got intake + headers then its no contest.

Dont sleep on V6 Eclispses. Some dude with an I/E V6 Eclipse 5MT gave me a serious run for it on I287 around Morristown late one Saturday night last Fall. They have some respectable topend. While they're nothing compared with the prev gen GSTs, they can hold their own pretty well.
