My story...kick back, grab a snak and listen up!

Going down 25th st, approach one of those red lights where its almost NEVER goes red. Its about 11pm. I had a passenger..probably about 140lbs...my spare tire, etc. All in all, im a stock CLS. I pull up to this light with my system bumping. When all of a sudden a RED 96 Honda Civic pulls up. Hes got the neon lights and the interior lights and we exchange glances and he begins to "cheat" and start to roll his car watching the opposite lights for the change. That is when i knew he wanted some of my VTEC exhaust!! I couldn't tell if he was running stock or modified, so i just said wtf, this guys trying to hit me up for a race. The light turns, I don't even floor it, he guns his, and we're off. By 3rd gear I had him by A CAR LENGTH AND A HALF... Heres the crazy part...I was laughing like a hyena!!soooo i decided to give his stock civic a break...i SLOWED down for him, and then as soon as he caught up, I "smoked" his ass AGAIN!! After the second running, he totally backed off, and realized i wasn't running a toyota camry family car.

Lesson learned: Never underestimate a car...take it and race your hardest every chane you get! Who knows when that "stock" civic come up from behind!!

 

What a waste of gas , but seriously though those civic's, crx, etc sometimes i think twice. You never know if they are packing some serious heat under the hood..

 

I know...i mean they can have absolutly no stickers/exhaust or any exterior signs of rice, but inside you can have a f**kin wheat farm up in the hood!!


If anyone lives in So. Cali...any good places to race?heheh kinda a funky question, but i wanna know some hot places!! =)
