CLP Vs. CLS exhasut
Hey guys, I was at Acura checking out my frined's CLS.... Well I started his car, and rev it a little bit... found out that the CLS exhasut tone sounds deeper, and I was soo curious that I put both car on the life to see whats the different in size.....
Well I found out that, both exhaust piping are almost the same.... CLS seems to be A LITTLE thicker, but I really dun think it does make a whole lot different.....
The tech in Acura told me that the piping of those car are little different, but maybe make 1hp different, so sure not worth to change it.... BUT, the cat and muffler are different.... He said the cat on the CLP are more restrictive and so the muffler as well.... He said if i want to have SO-CALLED 30% better flow (which he said YA RIGHT, 30%)... get a Random Cat and Muffler from comptech.... (which we all know)....
BUt he said what he would do if i want performance and quiet.... Get a high-flow cat, and some 2.25in mid-pipe, and comptech exhaust.... he said people only change the muffler part, which will help some, but the mid-pipe is the same, which will not give AS MUCH power as it would.....
So what you guys think? Is he right? Do yall know whats the diamater from both cars?

People have stated before on this list that the CLS system flows around 30% more than the CLP system. If you can buy one for the price on ebay of $70, i'd go for it. A lot cheaper than anything else you'll find.
