Cleaning EGR?

I am tired of the check engine, VSA, and VSA warning light coming on constantly for insufficent EGR flow. How do I clean that crap out? What all is involved? Any diagrams of the EGR system so I know where to begin?
That crap is driving me nuts looking at all of those idiot lights constantly turning on! Every time they flash on, I think "oh shit, there goes my transmission."

there's a post on the TL side on installing the IM gaskets/cleaning EGR. fairly simple actually. just torque the bolts in correct order when you're done, and don't drop anything down there

ok, i saw it. now is there a prefered method of cleaning out the port that leads to the manifold? i'm sure it's just as nasty as the manifold port.

Just so you know to do this properly the kit you buy from the dealer has a tube in it.
You replace the egr valve, gasket and clean the plenum then you drill to insert this tube in the passage way
originally honda made the passage way too small and enlarging the passage way, along with the tube will prevent the reocuring build up problem.

Just take the intake manifold off like in the DIY. Clean the ports out on he IM. The one leading to it isnt the problem, you will see once apart. The blockage is all in the upper cover and the 6 small ports into the upper mani
