CL-S6 v.s e46 328ci

Okay so this is my friend's car, a lot of times he and I drive to go pick up friends and meet up.
cl-s6:
xs headers
ghetto intake mod
volk ce28n 19x8.0
yokohama parada spec-2 225/35/19 summer tires
eibach pro-kit on stock struts/shocks
eibach f&r sway bars
3 12" subs & a full custom trunk enclosure (about 200lbs or more)

e46:
cai
eibach pro-kit on blisten struts/shocks
uuc cat back exhaust (sounds like secks)
uuc sway bars
axis pentas 19" staggarred with nitto nt555
2 12" subs w/ sealed box
a few lighting/electronic mods that don't matter for the race...

First race: not much of a race, we were rolling at 30mph, i down shifted to second, so did he. on 3 we went, i pulled hard on him right from the get go. pulled on him in every gear. shut down on 4th gear going 100mph. had to shut down early since the po po station was ahead. this time we both had our subs in our cars. i had no one, he had his gf.

Second race: this was from a dig. launched at 2800rpm at a stop light. wheel hop was slim to none for both of us. he just got new tires and mine are 20%. first gear i was ahead by 1/3-1/2 of a car. shifted to 2nd, pulled on him. 3rd pulled on him. shut down at 110mph. had him for about 1.5 cars. after he tells me he took out his subs. i knew i should have pulled more...

well anyways my sub set up does slow me down a lot... oh well.

Ya man, you should have crushed a 328 by about 5 cars up to 100.
