CL-S VSA and ABS reset

I installed a new ABS speed sensor yesterday and want to get rid of all of the pretty lights on the dash. Can someone help me reset them-I searched and found threads on ECU but that's about it. Thanks in advance.

if you are trying to reset the memory then it is a green plug with two wire. thats the MES plug. unplug it and do the paper clip procedure

sorry i forgot to mention. it is under driver side dash.

did you try to pull the battery cable off? i've heard that you can also touch the two cables together to reset the car.

Damn, I've never heard that. If you touch the battery cables, don't you have to take them off of the terminals first? That would mean that there is no power to the car, wouldn't that reset it? I took the negative cable off the other day for 20 minutes and the indicator lights were still on once i put the neg. cable back on.

Maybe the sensor you replaced was actually ok, and its another wheel sensor. How did you decipher that the specific speed sensor was bad?

Put a screw driver between the two battery terminals. Your lights will turn off for sure!
