My bro-in-law just picked up a TL-S...some of the small differences I found were...
1) TL-S has a nicer remote, with the Acura logo on the back & it's silver in color...nicer.
2) TL-S seats are not as snug as the CL-S.
3) TL-S in Canada have 17"x7" wheels, not 6.5".
4) TL-S has a silver Acura logo on the steering wheel...nice touch.
5) TL-S has smaller mirrors.
6) TL-S firewall is set in towards the cockpit more.
7) There is more Honda wording labeled on certain parts, like on the windows & fog lites.
8) TL-S exhaust pipes look the stock TL, with round tips vs. our oval style.

My bro-in law got his TLS in Satin Silve...and it is NICE. But I will definetly have us run a light or two when he breaks his in. And yes I do have a CLS...in Blue. I'll post pics when I get my system & wheels on.Originally posted by silverESS:
