528 is too heavy ...i mean use a 328 engine..even cls or tls can beat a 328... but we might lose to a 540 or M5 as i was smoked by a E46 M5

Every single time I've run into an M5 on the highway, it was being driven like it should. In my experience, the only people that buy an M5 are the ones that know what it is.

I Tried to race one once while driving an auto 540, and the M5 just dissaperead from me. On the other hand, I did see a 40+ year old house wife driving a yellow ferrari

Back to the topic, 528s are a waste of money, kinda like the 318

An M5 runs low 13's. Doubt a CLS would win. Also, an E46 is the new 3 series not an M5.

haha i remember running into an M5 once, all i wanted to do was get next to it to get a better look. I got next to him, he turned with a "WTF r u looking at" face, and just took off, i was in 2nd at about 50 at the time, red lined 2nd, red lined 3rd, i didnt even have to push to 4th cause he was about a mile away already, and i doubt he even floored his. Great cars, oh well im still 21, still have plenty of time to get one. haha. i hope

I know what you mean..

I know what you mean about he M5 encounter. I ran into a red M3 the other day, and I was following him on a back country road one day after golfing, and after about a mile into the chase, I guess the guy decided to show off on a straight away, and he just took off. By the time I reacted with the SS down two gears, he was already more than ten cars away already..

The Blue M3 is my next dream car.. Still saving for it!!

A 528 manual can get to 60mph under 7 seconds. The car is heavier than a 328 so yeah, physics takes over.

528s SUCK? I think not.
