Don't laugh!!!

Okay, I'm on my way to work yesterday morning and this guy in a 2010 Nissan Sentra comes surging up behind me at a great burst of speed. I decide to bite and see what this little Pez dispenser could do. On about a 40mph roll the little squirt almost got a full car length ahead of me! I actually had to downshift to 2nd before I could pull away from him. Of course I gained several car lengths ahead of him as torque and horsepower ruled over.

We come to a red light, so here's an opportunity to start from a dig. I gateshift down to 1st and I'm waiting for the dude to line up but instead he's sitting BEHIND me. Light turns green and the dude pulls around me!! I decide to take off to catch up. This time we're dead even but I didn't shift out of 1st gear. I upshift to 2nd to take him over when he decides to pull over to the right turn lane. The whole time I was in 1st gear I was looking at him laughing. Of course I was also keeping a close eye on the road ahead but I just couldn't resist laughing at the audacity of this dude.

I compared the specs on the little squirt--No it wasn't an SE-R or a Spec V, so it was only making 140HP and the Sentra is 580 pounds lighter but the dude driving the car looked like he would have made two of me so I'm estimating overall I had probably a little over 300 pounds. The car being so light was obviously the reason why I had to put up an actual effort to match the little lunch box the first about the first 150 feet.

 

 

Yes. This will go down in Acurazine history as the only street race where a CL-S took out an opponent without having to shift out of 2nd gear.

This will also be the only street race ever heard of where a dude in an inferior car would actually stoop to trojan horse, possum shenanigans like sitting BEHIND the person he wants to race, then jumping out in front as if that would give him some kind of an edge.
