I know this isn't a Pontiac forum, but I think the grand am could be competion, so here is a rendition of how I think the new one should look:

check out my site, thats the work I enjoy doing, some for companies like Hot Topic, clothing, and various magazine editorials. but I always find myself redesignig cars, or figuring out how to hook them up.

While I have to say those graphics look great, I do have to say that there is no way in hell a Pontiac could compare to an Acura (unless GM does a total 360 and actually build a decent car). I've owned a Pontiac and other GM cars and while some of their stuff may look hot, when you get to the nuts and bolts and the cheap plastic interior and awful seats, there is just no comparison.

Aside from Pontiac, or most GM products qualtity, I have to say that looks fantastic! Make that puppy AWD, 3.8L supercharged for about 320hp, and I go test drive one.
RonDog - you've got some real talent my friend. Hope you prosper in life from it. I wish I could do what you do. Most of the work I've seen from your gifted hands is to say the least, cool as sh!t!
Keep up the great work. Who knows, maybe someday you can work for the Acura design team?!

those rims are my favorite, what color car do you guys want those rsx rims on( any color in the spectrum), what size and I'm going to go ahead and lower it. I'll post it as "Limited edition acura rims" . This forum could work wonders for Acura's research development , there's input and output on what the custumer really wants. Somebody call Acura.

I like your pics rondog...
But the reason why it probably looks appealing...is that the design of the Pontiac Vibe is all-Japanese...
Remember it's based off the Toyota Matrix...too bad though...they could probably get all those Dodge buyers back into the GM camp with that one....

thats some funny shit, like the odd couple. Toyota, one of if not The most reliable automaker sharing a model with Pontiac, whose about to go broke and known for poor quality. wonder how the quality is gonna be. I do admit though, the wide track grand prix with Aftermarket ram hood and rims looks ill.

Well, I don't know...it's being built at the NUMMI plant in Fremont, CA....so, the quality difference will probably be similar to a Toyota Corolla (solid) and a Geo Prism (cheap interior).

GM is about to go broke? No way... Remember what Chrysler did int he 1980's? Maybe GM will try to do the same thing... But with a possible war and a recession, who knows what'll happen. Maybe Honda will buy out GM?

maybe not broke, sorry, but They were speculating to stop making pontiacs, like chrysler did with plymoth, It just isn't profitng enough to keep its ass afloat. they may keep one or two models and rebadge them as other GM products. this is all here say. they said Camaro and firebird wouldn't make it past 1999, now they are still here, who knows.
