Question Cl S Cai

Any of you guys running this type of intake on your babes???

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-02...spagenameZWDVW

CP??

I'm really just after that scream when I hit VTEC. Is it a bad idea? Should I just save up and get a Injen or AEM??

Thanks.

Don't do it dude, there products are crap...I got their cold air intake and it never bolted on correctly, and the filter never stays on, I'm returning it and getting my money back, also, I would highly advise getting an AEM or Injen, I ended getting an AEM, save a little more money and it will pay itself back.

If you want the scream go with AEM. Mine was crazy loud in VTEC range.

I could be wrong but I think the scream is equally as loud with any intake????? My friend had one off of a civic on his TL P and it sounded good. I dont know how the hell he got it to fit but it did the job.

Anyone feel free to chime in anytime. Thanks

if you just want the scream and don't really care about anything else i'm sure it would "work".

A SAI sounds horrible, it creates a bad humming sound. I know a couple of people on here had/has one on their car and they hated it.

Just order it, a 3" aluminium tube is a 3" aluminium tube. Wether you pay 30 or 300, the air going into it can't tell the difference. Buy a good K&N filter for the end of it and enjoy. Or waste 300 for a AEM sticker....

Its all about the filter you use. Most filters are either made of paper like AEM but the sound is low pitch even when you hit V-tec. Now if you want your car to really scream get a stainless steel air filter. Your car will sound like a GSR When it hits V-tec. I know cause I got one and loving every moment.
