CL-S 17" rims on CL (not-S)??

CL-S 17" rims on CL (not-S)??
Right now, I have stock 16" Acura rims, but I am looking to get the 17" rims that come on the Type S. Is there any problem with converting to the larger rims, other than needing new tires??
