CL-P vs. IS300
Short story
Last night 2am...not many cars around I see a yellow IS300.
I slowly pass him on the highway and he ignores me and I ignore him.
1 minute later he lines up with me (we're both doing about 65 right now) and then hits it and begins to take off on me. I was caught off guard so I then proceed to SS down into 2nd for a sec then up to 3rd. I catch up and pass him and kept a good 2 car lenths on him up to about 100-110. He backed off after that and I threw my hazzards.
Fun fun

on a weird side note, ever since I installed my new exhausts i've noticed that more and more higer end cars want to race me all of the time (IS300's, G35's, 350z's) and all of the riced out civics, rsx's, integras, altimas, sentra's etc etc all stay way back now and don't even bother.
Guess they look pretty intimidating to those 4 bangers now....who knows...

After seeing what my friend's wife's IS300 Supercharged can do I was pretty amazed. I'm more amazed at my friend's car alone since he's got a turbo installed in the car from Arizona.

those "bolt ons" will put a IS300 into the 210-220 RWHP and thats enough to beat a CLP

cam gear and SAFC are not bolt ons. The rest of those mods don't add up to much power. IS300s may handle well but they are garbarge in straightline speed. No disrepect but this conversation has been had on this board before.
