I went to the NY auto show last week. I thought it was funny that tucked back in the corner was an '01 CL sitting there in the Acura section! It had a pre-owned Acura sticker on the windshield!

Any ideas on what Acura was thinking bringing this car there?

 

odd...maybe they were just trying to make people recognize their certified pre owned program

Somehow I managed to miss that Cobra! Dohhh! The NSX looks really dated compared to all the other cars there. Plus, the inside of that RL with the weird leather stitching reminded me of a baseball mit!

My favorite cars there were the Porsche Carrera, damn that thing is ridiculous! But I guess with a price tag of $450K it had better be. That Lexus LF-A was pretty damn hot! And, what I think will be my next car - the C6 Z06. Honestly, can you get more car for the $$$?

A funny note, that all aluminum Ford GR-1 had over 2,200 man hours of polishing. Then the night before I was there, some super genius took a orbital power polisher to it and totally fubar'd the finish. Needless to say someone probably lost a job that night! What a dumbass :dog:

on a side note, the acura showing sucked, they should put the HSC on the turntable and all one nsx in each color surrounding it... but thats what i would do if i owned honda

i peferred the S7 and lambos right in the front

 

Atlanta, GA Auto show had a '03 CL sitting in the back of the Acura Display beside a '06 TL and RL. The CL was promoting Acura Certified Used Car program.
