So my buddy has a civic with a 2.0 liter block and Type R head..CTR cams and all that good stuff. Runs high 12's all motor. We were just out cruisin the other day and this guy pulls up in a new NSX. He rolls down the window and asks "hey i bet that things fast huh?" like we're a couple of little ricers. I go yea bud, you wanna find out? He laughs and said rrrrriiiight. Just then my friend turns on the two step and lets the guy know he's serious. Light turns green and considering the 2.0 just spins if he floors it we had to roll off the line while the nsx launched and went. No problem though, he got about 2 cars in front in first, then we fairly easily caught him, however by the time we shut down 3 cars in front the speedo said 140. Now, here's where it gets funny..the civic has full police sirens in it, so we decided to fuck with this guy. We let him pass us, and as he drives by flicks us off, so we hit the whaler and goddamn i've never seen anyone slam on their brakes so hard. The NSX pulls right over to the side of the road and we cruise by with smiles and of course my middle finger saying hello. HE looked like he'd seen a ghost. Ohwell, i thought it was pretty funny.
