One of the new Chrysler Sebrings Lxi pulled up on me this morning on the way to work.......a nice long lane going towards the on ramp.
I was looking at getting one last year with the new look...I'm glad that I didnt since I heard of all the engine troubles they have....
Anyways back to the story.......
This guy was reving so I figured...this would be a good time to make some some time since I was running late. I went ahead and put it in "manual shift" being pretty cofident that I didnt have to go down to 1>2 and push it up that way...since driving an lxi before I knew this wouldnt be too hard. The light turned green and we were off....I think he had it in low gear the whole time cause the engine sounded like it was going to cry....immediatly got the car length ahead and from there it just grew longer....he wanted to race again on the freeway by swerving in and out of traffic in commuting traffic...but I figured...what do I have to prove....HE GOT SMOKED!!!!!


2001 CL-S w/ navi no mods as of yet...cant wait to get them!!!

 

nice kill man, i have beaten sebrings before, well not the newer models. How fast are the new ones, how many hp does it have, maybe I should go find one to race tonight.

 

LXi are 200 and LX are 142

haha 200, good i should be able to take that. I remember my friend had a 99 or 00 sebring and he keeps talking shit about my trd camry, hes like oh u have a stupid family car and all. So we raced and I beat him by like a mile. haha(well not exactly a mile, but by alot). His had like 183hp i think compareing to my trd camry with 250 or something. I was like HA now shut up... he got all pissed hehe
