Why don't you try someting better than chrome which is very fragile. Once it developes a crack, or a fissure, that's it. You can pull it off in sheets.
On top of that, what kind of chrome plating would you get?
Chrome plating is considered to be one plating of copper as a base coat. Why? Copper is considered to be a sticky (or gummy) metal that holds other platings well.
Then, at least one coat of nickle is applied. Why? Wait a bit.
Then, chrome is applied. Why? For good looks. But chrome has the tendancy to "mud crack". Or, turn into individual little platelets, or islands. THAT IS WHY the nickle is there. It doesn't do the island thing, and it looks like chrome.
That is the MINIMUM definition of chrome plating, the cheapest one.
Industrial chrome plating will usually consist of a minimum of three nickle coatings, INDIVIDUAL coatings, i.e, you cannot just leave it in the nickle bath for three times as long.
Quality to Mil Spec chrome coatings usually require at least six, and as much as eight nickle layers. At this point, you should be asking yourself, "how much money do I have to spend on this?"
Quality chrome will cost you (and I know my stuff about liquid and powder paints and platings, 15 years experience specifing them), you are now looking at 1 to 2 K LARGE, easy.
Try this: www.goodrichtechnology.com $500 for four. Click on "permastar" after engaging the link, and you will see all three wheel finishes in tough, non corrosive plastic powder coatings.
Or, see "Dfreder370 new 03 CLS" posted a few pages back by smitty. My wheels are "smoked", but they can be had in traditional bright chrome also.

TYPECSLIK: WHATEVER you decide, youe wheels will have a protective coating, of some type, applied to them.
This MUST BE STRIPPED, DOWN TO THE BASE METAL, before any liquid or powder coating, or plating is applied.
Trust me on this!

I'm pretty sure all RH wheels fit the CL. The Z5000 also comes in chrome - problem solved!
