chrome disclaimer
I was reading the return policy for a company i'm thinking about buying wheels from and I came across this. Is this normal or are they just covering there asses so they can sell shitty wheels?
Their Policy:
"Every effort is made from every wheel manufacturer represented by Custom Wheels Market to ensure that the overall quality on chrome finishes is as reasonable as possible, taking in consideration the fact that said wheels are of what is considered within the Custom Wheel's Industry in general as being of good commercial quality.
This means that the wheels are up to industry's standards and are not to be expected by any means to be 100% cosmetically flawless. "Show-Quality" chrome wheels are rarely available from any manufacturer and if so, would cost sometimes two or three times more than "Commercial-quality" parts to produce.
Some minor pits, small chrome burns, chips, scratch marks underneath the chrome or polishing lines are likely to occur in some of the wheels and are not considered blemishes and therefore not entitled for return, exchange or refund."
