He means his tires slip because they receive too much power. It just reminds us how shitty our OEM tires are

I wish I could chirp. My tires start spinning once I floor it in 1st gear. I spin through 1 and 2 and the beginning of 3. Kinda annoying.

I wouldn't go as far as saying the tranny is dying! Don't worry, your car is fine. All you need to consider is investing in some Toyo Tires!

Chirping 1st into 2nd is nothing new, chirping 2nd into 3rd now thats power. Myself and others can chirp all the way into 3nd, but only durring the shifts. If I floor it from a dead stop I can get the tyres to chirp but not spin out. Now on a 100 shot thats another story, I can roast the tyres and have been known to leave my signature from one end of the intersection to the other .

So my sugestion would be to check ur tyre pressure and to see if u have adiquite tread. Those car the only factors that I can think of that are now allowing u to do this.

yup, sounds like a traction problem. i've chriped 2nd-3rd in my rsx once but i can do 1st-2nd every time. even though that is straining my tranny and killing my synchros but o well

chriping is bad traction is GOOD!...

If you are concerned about the output of ur CLS engine do a dyno, or 1/4 mile at the strip!
