Chip to reduce VTEC

Has anyone seen an aftermarket chip that will drop the RPM level for when the VTEC will kick in?

use the VAFC...

VTEC needs to be precisely tuned... and the correct levels may variate... so ya dont want it hard coded in a chip.

But if you want a chip for other gains too... try JET Chip...

The cl-p has a lower vtec engagement level than the type S. don't you guys think the engineers at honda/acura did this for a reason? Even tho when I got in BeatYaAll's type S w/ the v-afc his car was ballen out like crazy in 1st and 2nd.

the cl-P has an earlier hot cam ingagement because they dont have the dual stage intake when our plenum opens torque lowers thts why our car ingages at 5500 not to say there arent more optimal places for both of those things to occur 3.8k and 5.5k and for that matter redline and fuel cut howabout 7900 redline and 8k fuel think of spending more time with that engine note
