check out the calipers

Eaiser to do than I thought. After putting the wheels back on it really doesnt look bad. Maybe sportier even . It actually is a bit darker in real life than it is in the picture , matches up pretty well.

This seems like a pretty easy task...other than taking off the rims and the calipers is there any additional steps to painting the caliper? Do you have to sand it down? let me know, please.

wife has hijacked my digi cam right now , but will take pics with wheels on later on tonight. I bought the kit off of ebay. It came from http://www.abtivanconcepts.com . It comes with primer , spray paint , stickers ( dont recommend using those though ) and sandpaper. They tell you to put 3 coats of primer on , then sand primer and then 3 coats of paint on . I also spent a lot of time scrubbing and slightly sanding the calipers beforehand, simple green is your best friend.

Did you take the caliper off or did do while it was still on.

Is it hard to take off the caliper or is it just not worth it. I have a ton of time on my hand next weekend and wanted to do it then.
