To Change Or Not Change Water Pump At 105k?

I do all the mechanical work on my 2001 Cl Type S and I was reading in the manual that you should inspect the water pump at 105K. I called the Acura dealership and they recommended changing it, along with timing belt since I will have it all broke down anyways. What are some of you guys opinion? I don't mind changing it, but my theory is "don't fix it till it's broke or leaking." This theory DOES NOT apply to the timing belt though...hehe. Anyways, let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

I will definitely change my water pump at 105 K. I am lazy and I don't want to do it again for another 105 K miles.

its good insurance, and too easy not to do with the timing belt already out.

I took them at their word.

I replaced my water pump (and timing belt) as recomended just last week. I need to hold on to this car for a long time so I do what's recomended by Acura.
