Coming home from my friend's place late one night, I spotted this black modified Celica. It was shining under the street lights like it had just been washed. Car looked pretty clean, nothing ricey about it. I pulled up next to them, and glanced over real quick. Then I saw the passenger laughing at me. I was like .

So I figured I would show them who's the boss. Grab sportshift, drop to 2nd, slow down to 30 and wait. He matches speed, downshifts, and I let him go first. As soon as I saw his front end lift up, I gunned it. Drop to first, and by the time I hit second, I was already 1-2 car lengths ahead of him. Hit second, only to put more distance between us.

I bet that shit-eatin' grin on his face disappeared pretty quickly. If it were on the highway with no traffic, I would've taken it all the way up to 90-100 and left him in my dust.

I hate cocky people. "eh, heh, heh... duh... this car will beat your car... heh.. hehe.."

Probably the unfriendliest race I've ever had, since I always give thumbs-up whether I win or lose. But I wanted to shut these guys down badly.

Gotta becareful about the turbo version, those are pretty fast but rare.
