CEL at 100+ mph then dissapeared and no code?

Took my car out for a quick jog and opened it up on a highway through gears 1,2,3 up to 100+ and the CEL blinked a few times. I slowed down and it went away. Went straight to Checker auto parts, parked, shut my car off and had them read the codes and there was nothing...

Any ideas what the heck it coulda been? Faulty sensor/s?

Oil was fine this time and vtec did kick in. Car sounded great, felt great and ran perfectly after.

Oh yeah, and I was not using nitrous nor have I used it since the conversion if you were wondering.

Did you spin the tires at any point? If you spin the tires too much you'll get a CE light for a sec. The ECU reads it as misfires & throws a light. I've had this happen.

I've had the CEL go off from too much wheel hop before...

I highly doubt it b/c I went through 1 and 2 easily then floored it in third. I know my engine should have a little bit of torque from the 3.5L conv. but not that much, haha. Random misfires? Lemme try it again from a rolling start in 3rd and see what happens.

Shit, guess that may end up being a lot of debugging and testing to find out what's causing it... Damn...

if this is the only toime it has ever happened, and will happen, could just be bad gas. try doing the same thing,a nd if it happens at the same point as last time then you might just need to tune your AFR.
