I was having the same problem and tried pulling the cds out with a pair of tweezers. Now i think i dis-lodge one of the springs and don't have time to take it apart and fixing it myself.

I have bought a CD changer from a 03 cls. Do you guys think it will fit a 01 cl?

From the images I saw, the two seem to be the same.

Any opinions??

If it doesn't fit, i guess i'll post it in the black market

It happens to me all of the time, even if the cd isnt or is burned. Right now it is stuck but it will eventually come out, prolly in a few days.

We have a shitty cd player

I never had that problem. Odd. Then again, mine was only in for like 2 months after my purchase. Hey Charlie. Coming down for nopi?

I always have this damn problem with my cd player. You definately need to use long nose tweezers to get the cd out. You phuck up the cd in the process, but then you can just burn another one.

If the stuck CD is is nearly ejected, but still stuck I've had success in slipping another CD just under it. In my case, the stuck CD just needs a little boost up. Good luck!

Talking A little hard percussive maintenance always works...

Well I being a lawful citizen and only having CDRs of my own CDs for my own personal backups......um.....yeah

Anyway, I have the problem all the time....even had it when I dropped (or should I say my car did since the tranny gave up on me on the way to have it checked out...hahahahah) it off.

All it takes is a few good hits to the side of the center panels next to the radio and voila...the CD comes out.

Just sit on the drivers side like you would any other day, lean forward and with your right hand, just give it a few good b*$(^ slaps and it'll give it up!

yeah, i get someone to sit in the passenger seat and we both smack the dash, so if 1 fist doesnt work, try 2, it always does.

Also, i held the eject button it a cd poped out, so try that too
