Workers at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant were notified that Prowler production will end Friday, February 15, 2002. Deep Candy Red is the final color and the final orders are scheduled for production, which resumes January 14, 2002. Deep Candy Red will be the lowest volume color. Woodward and Black Tie, were lower volume limited editions, but not unique "solid" colors. The current understanding is there will be approximately 300 Candy Red Prowlers.

 

not suprised. Too much money just for the look. For 50k? Sheeit, i'd by a boat load of other stuff. q45, m3, a6. S2000, z3, boxster-s. Shit for 50k, i could buy a car kit and make 2 or 3 prowlers.

 

That kind of money can get you a real nice V8 hot rod, maybe even a classic like an old "vette" or something. Still, I think people assume these things are going to be worth money one day.
