I just got this e-mail (with the exact same contents as 2 other e-mails). Can you say broken record? (Or broken records and fields)

Perhaps a will receive a snail-mail response with a pinch of salt...

i didn't even get that email! i just got one that says that they'll send me another confirmation with the status number, and then i got the one with the shipping status number.
