Here's a letter i Wrote them today:
i placed a order over on 6/28/01. i was told the part would be shipped on 7/16/01. i have not recieve any e-mails or updates on to whats going on with this order. i called you people and i was put on hold for 35 mins before i talked to a man who said they would e-mail me within 24 hours to give me a status. THIS WAS YESTERDAY. i haven't recieved any e-mail from you guys OR the PART, OR THE STATUS. i am on a acura cl forum, and others have said they would buy from you guys, so i took the chance and orderd from you. but what have i got so far? NOTHING. i've been on hold for probably 2 hours total. I also took the step of CALLING NEUSPEED and ASKING them if THEY have the PART in stock. They said they do. SO YOU GUYS ARE LAGING! I WANT TO KNOW WHATS TAKING SO LONG. if i have a BAD Expierence with your company, I WILL RECOMMEND to OTHERS NOT TO BUY FROM YOU, due to the LAG TIME, your promises or things you SAY which ARE NOT DONE. JUST SO YOU know my ORDER NUMBER IS: 6*****. I would like a RESPONCE from you people AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as to WHERE MY PARTS are. YOUR website says "The estimated ship date for this item is 7/16/2001" Where as TODAY is the 20th AND I AM YET TO GET ANY ANSWER FROM YOU. Please RESPOND ASAP if you WANT MY Business and that of others on this PUBLIC Forum.

the whole reason we went with them is because we got the polished strut tower brace for $80 SHIPPED!!!!!!
