That's what is it for? I was using it as a net to catch small critters running across the road...AKA Crocodile Hunter!

That's only one way to do it....there is another....

PS By the way, this is the way the dealer installed it. He said it has about 3 ways to go. I didn't do it any other way because I like it to hold my briefcase against the back wall.

those of us that have the trunk liner have completely different hanging methods due to no lower tabs to clip on to. :

Oh my god, I feel like a complete idiot. If you guys saw how I have my cargo net set up, you'd laugh for days. I have my net set up like a hammock. It does keep my stuff from shifting all over the place and keeps things quiet but these pictures really clears things up.

Thanks,

Gary

LOL... I TRIED to hook mine up yesterday for the first time after I Zainoed the car. I couldn't figure it out either! Didn't want to waste time reading the manual because I wanted to get in and DRIVE! I've had my car for 26 days, but was away for 8 so I've only driven it for 18 days so far and I already have 1,750 miles on it! Work is only 3 miles away! Compared to my 99 300M, I feel like I died and went to heaven in this car. I love to drive it. Glad I opted for 15,000 miles a year! I think I should have purchased more miles at the rate I'm going.

Will have to figure out that cargo net one of these days. Thanks for the pics. They do help.

Cargo net -- Hmmm.....

It's for holding down the salesman in the trunk. He told me that it was a special option that he was throwing in (for free). Comes in very handy with a shovel...
