Car wants to stall when cold
Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with my car where it comes close to stalling when the engine is cold and I take my foot off the brake.
I start the car, take off (regular acceleration) and then brake at a stop light. As soon as I take my foot off the brake to go, the car wants to stall. It hasn't actually stalled on me yet. It will do this until the car has been running for about 5 minutes or has started warming up.
Any idea what it might be?
I recently moved to Seattle and it only started once I moved up here. However, some of you may also remember my car was recently flooded in HOU with $3,500 in damage. They had to replace 5 computer chips, tranny fluid, oil, etc. I only got to drive the car once in Houston before it was put on a transport truck to get to Washington.
