Car revs itself in Idle? All lights are now on

Car revs itself in Idle? All lights are now on
This morning when i turned on my car it was reving itself in Idle. The RPM's would go from 1-4 BY ITSELF. Now the check engine light, Traction Control is on, and Maintaince light is on. The car ok while i am in D and I am driving. What could this be? I have already changed out the tranny 2 years ago. The car now also is idling at 300-600 rpm.

ALL SHOW AND NO GO
I had that same problem like 2 days ago. I went out of town for a week(car stayed home) and when i came back it was doing that. I thought it was the IAC but never got a chance to take it off because i dint have a short screwdriver. But all i did was check the plugs and hoses and disconected the battery and it was fine. Maybe you can try that ?

Iam thinking this is the IACV its controls the idle in the car, get it scanned.
