Car got hit, fender is dented

Long story short, I have my car parked in my apt parking lot. In the morning, i found that i gotta move my car, but the guy already paved the parking lot around my car and told me i should move my car else might get on the car. Came back couple hours later and moved my car found that my driver's door is rubbing the fender and then found out my fender is dented. I asked the manager's office what they can do about it. the lady said cant do anything because they posted notice already, and told me to ask this other lady on monday, whom has more authority.

My question:

1. What is the chance of getting my car fix without spending a penny?

2. How much you guys think will cost to fix the dent, the dent is about size of a fist right on top of the driver side's front wheel.

then they are liable. you tried to move your car and they told you not to. <~~ that only applies if the construction crew are the ones that actually did it. chances are you will never know how it happened so you prob will end up paying for it. life sucks.

that place have any security cams monitoring the parking lot? without anything like that the crew can't be held liable or the business. insurance will have to pay for it if you can't fix it yourself. it shouldn't be a pricey fix unless it's something that couldn't be hammered back out. If there's no paint damage you should come out ok as far as prices.
