Well... I picked up the car from the dealer today. They put the tranny back on for me with the Comptech flywheel/clutch etc. (after Comptech repaired the flywheel). The tech. drove it and came back with a BIG smile!! He said it pulled just as hard or harder than the '03 NSX's - for whatever that is worth.

All the mods are on for right now... let's see how it holds up for the time being.

I think my wife will have a fit if I slap the slicks on and take it to Carlsbad!!

I will definately go after I return from vacation... so probably end of September or October timeframe - it will also be cooler. It is 103 degrees here today.... that's asking for bad E.T's!

It feels kinda nice to drive the car again. I've been driving a '01 Integra loaner from Acura - pretty nice of them to give me one!

 

I am really curious to hear what that monster runs. Glad it's back on the road!
