car acting like its gonna stall ?

Hey guys, today I cranked up, left the garage headed down i-10 towards work, get off the exit and hit the light, and I put it in neutral (long light) and the rpms drop down to about 300ish and it feels like the car is going to stall she was shaking .... it did this for several stops... on the way home shes driving like normal. I was low on gas, but my light wasn't even on yet. any ideas? alternator possibly? 03 w/ 123xxx cls-6

I was having the same problem and my buddy asked me when the last time the plugs were changed. I laughed cause I had never thought of changing them since i've owned the car (just one of those things you don't think about).

Picked up some new ones and when I pulled the old ones they didn't look to bad. Now she runs perfect. I'm gonna clean the throttle body as soon as it warms up for that extra little bit. Feels so much better now with the new plugs!

Yeah my plugs probably have 30k on em. However she's been driving fine today, maybe it was bad gas?
Kind of like bennett after eating thai food.
